Fresh air, physical + thinking exercises, and water
Are some of the things that help maintain health and stay sharp.
These things are good for you, your wife, your son and daughter.
Implement to feel like fish in water, like a carp.

Another thing is sufficient sleep.
Use it to stay active during the day,
To be able to think in a way which is deep,
To have strength to prepare more hay.
